Birthday Party Planning Steps and Examples:
1. Talk about what birthday party you are planning to do.
Theme:
-Normal party, disguise party, classical party, rock party, reggaeton party, etc.....
2. Talk about when it's going to be held.
Here you must include:
-Day/date/month: On Saturday, 5th november.
-Hour: My party starts at 5 o'clock and finishes at 10 o'clock.
-Address: Los jazmines avenue #3458
3. Give a short description of details; place, food, decoration, etc..
Here you have to describe and detail:
-Place: the party is in the backyard of my house because.............
-Food: we will have different kinds of food like:...............
-Decoration: The decoration is based on colorful lights and balloons.........
-Music:........
4. Talk about the different activities you are planning to do.
Including: 4 activities with the starting and finishing time, and talking about the things you can/can't do during this period, Ex: the first activity is playing hide and seek, it is from 6 to 7 o'clock, you can hide around the house but you can't do it outside of the house.
5. Talk about guests
I send many invitations, including to my school mates, house friends or neighbours, cousins and relatives.
