Objetivo: Utilizar las formas Wh para realizar preguntas sobre información general.
Las preguntas realizadas con Wh como What, Where, When, Which, How entre otras, se hacen con la finalidad de recibir información ya sea personal o de otras personas. Además al igual que en Español, se escribe al principio de la pregunta. Ej:

What: It refers to people but it’s used to ask for things. What sports do you play? What’s your name? What does he do? What’s her job?
Where: It refers to location Where do you live? Where’s Colombia? Where can I get a Coke? Where do you study? Where were you yesterday?
When: It refers to a date or time When does the movie start? When did you come back? When is the English class? When do you have lunch?
Who: It always refers to people Who are you? Who did you ask? Who is that girl? Who can I visit?
Why: it’s used to ask the reason or interest of an action. Why do you study English? Why are they waiting for me? Why have you been making noise with that flute?
Whose: it indicates possession Whose shirt is this? Whose are those glasses?
Which: it refers to people and things Which drink do you prefer? Which subject do you like? Which teacher do you like?
How: it expresses the mode to carry out an action, it is also used as adjective and adverb. How can I get El Parque Explora? How do you spell that? How are you? How is your new job going? How do they like the new barrio?
Questions with prepositions. When using questions with prepositions, these go at end. Who do you live with? What are you listening to? who is she talking about?
Practice the dialogue A: Hello! B: What’s your name? A: I’m Jessie, How do you do? B: nice to meet you, my name is Charlie A: where are you from? B: I’m from Colombia A: Where do you live?
