4th graders. Unit 2: "Animals". Classification, description, comparison and similarities.


Objetivo
Nombrar los animales, clasificarlos, compararlos, y describirlos  con sus principales características, además de hablar de sus preferencias y expresar opiniones.

1st. Preferences: likes and dislikes and comparisons. Ex, I like panda because it is bigger than a cat, but I don’t like tigers because they are dangerous….
2nd. Description: big, small, tall, short, etc..
3rd. Classification: vertebrate/invertebrate, mammal, reptile, anphibian, viviparous, oviparous, carnivore, omnivore, habitat, reproduction, etc.
4th. Reasons: I like because….
5th. Comparison: taller than, bigger than, etc..
6th. Similarities: both are mammals, etc…
