5th graders, Talking about hobbies and interest

Dialogue 1

A: Hi, Jessica. What are your pastimes?
B: Pastimes?
A: Your hobbies. What are your hobbies?
B: Oh, I like taking pictures.
A: Photography is an expensive hobby, isn’t it?
B: Yes, I guess you are right. What do you like to do in your leisure time?
A: I am fond of hiking and swimming.
B: Good for you! Both are good for health.
A: I agree. What sports do you do?
B: I used to play tennis, but haven’t done it for ages. I guess I am getting lazy.
A: I like tennis too. Do you want to have a game together some day?
B: Yes, that would be very nice. What about next Tuesday after work?
A: You bet.
Dialogue 2

A:  What kind of person do you think you are?
B:  Well, I am always energetic and enthusiastic. That’s my strongest personality.
A:  What are your strengths and weaknesses?
B:  Em, as I have said, I’m diligent and industrious. On the other hand, sometimes I’m too hard-working and I put myself under too much pressure to make things perfect.
A: What qualities would you expect of persons working as a team?
B: To work in a team, in my opinion, two characteristics are necessary for a person. That is, the person must be cooperative and aggressive.
A: How do you spend your leisure time?
B: I like playing games and having sports. They are my favorite hobbies.
A: So, what kind of sport do you like most?
B: Oh, it’s hard to narrow it down to just one. I mean, I like all kinds of sports,   basketball, swimming, bike riding and so on. Maybe it is just the reason why I am so energetic and vigorous.
